ACADEMIC CURRICULUM

At Greenview Islamic International School, values-based learning is the key to the way we teach.  With strong positive values, teachers and staff create a positive learning environment for your child.

Through a value-based school like Greenview Islamic International School, children develop a strong sense of who they are.  They develop responsibility and trust.  In turn, this liberates teachers from the stress of confrontations that frees up both teaching and learning times. By working closely with parents, students grow socially and academically and eventuate into confident and happy individuals.

  • Help students achieve balanced development.

  • Integrate knowledge, skills, values and correct use of language.

The Cambridge Curriculum

The Cambridge IGCSE is the world's most valued pre-university qualification and represents the best in international education. Regularly updated according to changing needs, Cambridge IGCSE is a skills-based curriculum driven by content. Its enquiry-based approach to learning is excellent for developing critical thinking.

As a Registered Cambridge Centre, Greenview Islamic School follows the globally recognized Cambridge curriculum for Mathematics, English, Science and all other subjects.

Students’ academic progress is assessed in Year 6 and Year 9 when they sit for the Cambridge Checkpoint Examinations. All papers are marked in Cambridge and every student is given a comprehensive evaluation on his or her strengths and weaknesses. The checkpoint examinations prepare the students for the Cambridge IGCSE examinations in Year 11.
